The land consist of four parcels: The last large parcel of land available for development in downtown Crested Butte. The four parcels are currently zoned as B2 – Business / Highway Related. The purpose for which this District is created is to provide for orderly business development along Highway 135 (Sixth Street as it runs through town) and the Ski Area Road (Gothic Road from the Town of Crested Butte to Mt.
