Halloween is just around the corner, and as your Crested Butte real estate agent, I wanted to share this great event for all families in Crested Butte homes! KBUT is hosting its annual Howl-o-ween Fright Parade on Halloween evening, Thursday, October 31st at 5 p.m. It’s a trick-or-treat walking parade. Kids of all ages are invited to put on their scariest costumes and come join. The parade participants gather at First and Elk, then proceed to the Old Rock Library. Along the way, kids collect candy and treats. The fun continues at the library. Kids can have some snacks, make craft projects, and watch a kids movie.
What Costume Should a Crested Butte Real Estate Agent Wear?
KBUT and The Old Rock Library are also sponsoring a Halloween decorating contest. Businesses and residences will be in separate divisions and get a chance for annual fame! Judging takes place on Wednesday, October 30th. To enter, send your address to josh@kbut.org or call 970-349-5225. The three best decorated houses and business will be announced on KBUT at 10 a.m. on Halloween morning. Photos of all participants will be posted to kbut.org. As a Crested Butte real estate agent I try to keep up with events involving Crested Butte homes and businesses, so if you hear of upcoming local events, be sure to let me know. I’d love to feature them on my blog!
