Live in Crested Butte and Create Family Memories

It’s wonderful to live in Crested Butte during the winter, especially on those days when the family gathers to sit together, sipping hot cocoa out of a mug in front of the fireplace of your Crested Butte home while watching the snow fall. Days that fill you with gratitude and warmth. Wouldn’t it be even more awesome sipping that hot cocoa out of a mug that you made yourself? Well, now is your chance! A fun Cocoa and Clay Family Event is offered for those who live in Crested Butte and surrounding areas this week.

Come out to the Gunnison Arts Center Clay Studio on Saturday, November 10th from 1 to 4 p.m. For a small $25.00 fee, which pays for drinks and supplies, you can enjoy delicious hot cocoa as you create a hand-made mug just in time for those cold winter nights and blustery mornings. No experience is necessary and those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Mugs will be fired in the kilns of the Arts Center and available for pick up one week after the class. Be sure to register early to claim your spot in the class before it fills up. Join instructor Donna Rosman for a fun afternoon this November and celebrate this wonderful art studio and the reasons why you love to live in Crested Butte.
