Whether you live in Crested Butte full time or just sometimes, you still have to get dinner on the table, or at least have a few snacks in the cupboard. Since you have to go shopping anyway, why not make it fun?
On Saturday, October 19th, head to the Gunnison Farmers Market from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It will be indoors at the Fred Field Heritage Center in the county fairgrounds at 275 South Spruce Street. It’s just a few blocks south of Safeway.
Farmers Market a Favorite of Those Who Live in Crested Butte
Meet up some friends who own Crested Butte real estate for a fun Saturday. Choose from a wide variety of great fresh produce, meat, cheese, eggs, honey, and more delicious offerings. Most of the produce comes from the North Fork Valley, but a few vendors offer Gunnison grown food. You couldn’t get more local unless you were picking produce from your own backyard garden.
Kids who live in Crested Butte will have a good time too. There are plenty of fun activities for the young ones, as well as many samples of delicious pastries. You can also enjoy a lunch of wood fired pizza from Innerfire Mobile or the natural brats and dogs on a stick from Colorado Lucky Dogs. For more information, click here.
