The Lodge offers a common area including a full kitchen, boardroom, living area, expansive riverside deck and patio area, as well as the owners private flyfishing lockers.The Lodge is a great place to relax and share stories about the adventures of the day. The Lodge also offers three well appointed suites upstairs that are available for owners personal use or for owner’s guests.

There are a total of 24 Homesites in The Reserve on the East River. 18 of these homesites are located on the mountain and the 6 waterfront homesites are located within steps of the East River. All the homesites are within the 1,525 acre shared ranch adjacent to unique access to pristine National Forest.
