Crested Butte is an amazing place to spend Valentine’s Day! Are you ready for a romantic evening here in Crested Butte? It’s coming up quick. Here’s a list of some of my favorite restaurants/experiences for your Valentine’s Day dinner. Check them out below! Hopefully many still have reservations available. If one of them doesn’t, remember these places for next year! They are some of the best!

Magic Meadows Yurt Dinner

Enjoy your Valentine’s Day dinner at the Magic Meadows Yurt. To get there you’ll snowshoe or ski to the yurt. This provides amazing views and quite the experience. When you get there enjoy the fire and romantic ambiance. For $135 per person, you will receive a 5-course dinner of gourmet dishes and a selection of wines, beer or specialty cocktails. This also includes equipment rentals, trail passes, transportation, guides, live music, libations and gratuity. Check out the Crested Butte Nordic Center Magic Meadows Yurt!

Djangos

Django’s is located on Elk Avenue and offers an eclectic wine list! They have such a unique menu. Enjoy their seared duck breast and end with their crema catalana (custard). They are known for their small plate options giving you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of their food! See their website here!

Soupcon

Another restaurant located on Elk Avenue. Enjoy your Valentine’s Dinner in this old mining shack. This French American Bistro provides a cozy atmosphere and a delicious filet mignon. Try out their desserts. You won’t regret it! Check out their menu options here.

Uleys Valentine’s Day Lunch or Sleigh Ride Dinner

My wife Francene and I have had a nice romantic and gourmet lunch at Uleys on Valentines day. I also love the Uley’s Sleigh Ride Dinner! We have gone with our girls a number of times. This experience offers you to see the mountain if you aren’t a skier. Hop into the sleigh with your date/family for Valentine’s Day and cozy up with some blankets. The sleigh ride will take approximately 20 minutes and will lead you to the cabin built by Uley Sheer. Enjoy a 5 course prix fixe dinner and the scenic sleigh ride. It’s truly magical. Elk Ave Prime

Elk Avenue Prime is an incredible steakhouse here in Crested Butte. If you are feeling steak for the evening check this place out. Even better is their steak AND lobster. They don’t just have great food, but also the largest wine selection in the valley. The fireplace here creates a cozy feel. This is also a great option for your Valentine’s Day dinner! Enjoy Your Valentine’s Day

These are some of my favorite places. They all offer great food. After dinner go check out the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. If you’re looking for some activities to do together during the day go ski, ice skate or enjoy the spa together! There’s so many romantic things to do here.
